The Medical Library gave to me
Six different spaces I can use.
Reception area – staffed enquiry desk to help you make the most of the services we provide, Quick Picks collection, self-issue kiosk, catalogue PC, legal deposit PC, water dispenser, binding facilities and other facilities.
Journals room – leading off from the reception area, you can access copies of print journals from 2016 onwards.
Share area – here you can find comfortable, portable seating, PCs, media wall and humanities area. A great space for sharing ideas and group-work.
SHHH room – if completely silent working is for you head for this silent working space.
Reading room – the main book collection is based in here. In addition there is comfortable seating, desks, a couple of pods with whiteboards, jigsaw puzzle and colouring books.
Training room – is a contained room in the reading area. Library staff deliver a variety of training courses in here. You can also book the room for your own training.
